We are partners in fire prevention. We span across Deschutes, Crook, Jefferson, Grant, Harney and portions of Northern Klamath Counties. Our objective is to "Prevent devastating losses to life and property from fire."
Formed in 1979, the Fire Prevention Cooperative brings together public fire and life safety individuals from fire agencies and fire departments to accomplish programs and projects that they may not otherwise be pursued by individual agencies.
Funding for the many programs and projects of the COFPC comes from our partnering agencies, donations from local businesses and grants.
